Santa Cup Cozy

These Cup Cozies are a great gift. No cup should be without one.  It not only helps keep you from burning your hands but it keeps your coffee hot a little bit longer.  These are a fun stocking stuffer gift. Give that special teacher a useful gift that they can use over and over again.
The body is knitted an the edges are crocheted.  Just slip your cup into it and it's ready to go.
Machine wash and lay flat to dry.

Snowman Cup Cozy

This Snowman Cup Cozy is a fun gift for those who love to drink those hot beverages but don't like to burn their fingers.  These are completely machine washable and tumble dry  or lay flat to avoid scratching the button eyes.

They make great stocking stuffers or teacher's gifts.
When you order and find that they are out of stock, it's temporary, more are coming soon, so please check back. I try to keep up with the inventory.

These are fun to make and you can email me if you need more than is left in the inventory in the store.  But like I said, I try to keep up.

Thank you for looking,
Wanda

I found the pattern for this snowman on the internet. You can see it by clicking here. The designer asks that you post a link to her pattern. It's only fair!!

Gold Twisted Wire Link Bracelet

For my very first post of this new blog I am going to share with you the bracelet I finished making.  I started it the week of Christmas but there was just too many things going on to find time to complete it.  But I did add a link every now and then and yesterday I sat down and finished it up! YAY

It's 12K gold-filled wire. Not gold plated.  This has many many layers of gold on it, and these layers don't chip off like plated does.  I thought it would be fun to use solid gold wire but the cost of it is not so fun!!

Hubby had some gold wire he wasn't using so it became my gold wire.  He didn't have enough of the larger gauge, so I alternated each link with a smaller gauge wire.  The smaller gauge wire was SO much easier to work with.

This was fun to make and even more fun to wear!  I plan to make a copper one soon.  I need to tumble this one to see if I can't get some of the scratches out.  Gold is a very soft metal to work with and it's very easy to mar up!

Thank you for stopping in today,
Wanda
